High Season
May 1st to September 30th (4 night minimum) $1000 per night or $10,000 for seven nights!
Value Season
October 1 to April 30th (4 night minimum) $1250 per night
Holidays
(7 night minimum) $230 per night

Seaside Vacation Rental

Security/Damage Deposit:
L.L.C Screw You requires a $2000.00 deposit to be paid in full at the time of the reservation. Security deposit is fully refundable if property is improved upon for the value of the deposit. If damage exceeds the security deposit the renter is fully liable for any repair costs plus $10,000 cash.

Rental and Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation don't call us. Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check out is 11:00 am; we do not allow early check-ins or late check-outs. We do not issue any refunds for late arrivals or early departures.

Pet Policy: L.L.C Screw You will accept one well mannered dog which must be declared when you request a reservation. The pet fee is $200 per night to hopefully exceed $1600 in total for extended or overnight stays. We make our money on damage fees so please let your rug rats and dogs do whatever they want.

Cleaning Fee: The $2075.00 cleaning fee includes normal clean-up after your departure. Thank you for your respecting our property and sending me off on vacation.

Occupancy: Violation of occupancy rules will result in bad things happening to you.

Seaside Bungalowe is a pet friendly beach rental home with some delightful pitbulls living next door behind a flimsy fence! Don't sweat the petty things, pet the sweaty things.
