Seaside Vacation Rental

Security/Damage Deposit:
L.L.C requires a $2000.00 deposit to be paid in full at the time of the reservation. Security deposit is fully refundable if property is left as found. If damage exceeds the security deposit the renter is fully liable for any repair costs. The balance of the rental needs to be paid, in full, 10 days prior to the rental date.

Rental and Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, we will refund the security deposit, lodging tax, and the cleaning fee. The refund of the rental fee is based on: 1)if you cancel 30 days or more before your scheduled reservation - 90% of the entire rental fee; 2) if you request a cancellation less than 30 days, we only issue 90% of the rental fee for the days that the home is re-rented by someone else. Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check out is 11:00 am; we do not allow early check-ins or late check-outs. We do not issue any refunds for late arrivals or early departures.

Pet Policy: L.L.C will accept one well mannered dog which must be declared when you request a reservation. The pet fee is $200 per night to hopefully exceed $600 in total for extended stays.

Cleaning Fee: The $75.00 cleaning fee includes normal clean-up after your departure. Thank you for your respecting our property.

Occupancy: Violation of occupancy rules will result in loss of rent, forfeiture of your security deposit, and you may be asked to leave.

Seaside Bungalowe is a pet friendly beach rental home! Pets must not be left in homes unattended and be well-behaved in general. Don't sweat the petty things, pet the sweaty things.
